LOCATION & PARKING

Conveniently located at 58 Exchange Street in Portland's Old Port. When you walk in the building, come down the stairs and we're on the left. On-street metered parking available, but if your appointment is longer than 2 hours, we recommend Temple Street Parking Garage. Parking meters are free until 9 AM. For convenience and to pay/extend your parking meter on your phone, please download the 'Passport' Parking Mobile App Pay prior to arriving!

CANCELLATION POLICY​

To be effective and fair to all our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policy: WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 2 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE for appointments that are 1 Hour or less.  APPOINTMENTS EXCEEDING 1 HOUR REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE. As a courtesy, established clientele will receive an automated email & text reminder 1 week prior to any scheduled appointments. No-Shows appointments will be charged full price of scheduled services, cancellations less than than the required timeframe will incur a 50% charge for the service you were booked for. The time clients make for us and the time we schedule for them are equally important and we thank you for understanding and support. We look forward to providing you with a great experience!​

All services are guaranteed. Notify us within 48 Hours and we'll make any adjustments at no charge within 1 week. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. No returns/exchanges on retail, gift certificates or deposits.
